Prior to processing your first withdrawal, bule43 requires completion of our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You will be asked to submit:
bule43 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time in order to comply with its internal anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 30 days of the first withdrawal request will have the request cancelled and the account placed under review.

Winnings from free spins are credited as Bonus Balance and are subject to a minimum 25x wagering requirement unless the specific promotion states a different figure. For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, all selections must win for the bet to be successful. If one or more selections are void (e.g., due to a postponed match), the accumulator is recalculated without the voided selection(s). Maximum payout limits for accumulator bets are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bule43's total aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bule43 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon account closure for cause, bule43 reserves the right to withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed following review, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding unconverted Bonus Balance) will be returned to the User's verified payment method within 14 business days.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account in good standing may contact our support team. Upon verification of identity, the account will be closed and any remaining Balance refunded within 5 business days.
